2017 – Product Trials: after thorough discussions, the client purchased several models for evaluation. This testing phase allowed both sides to understand product performance and align on requirements.

2018 – Customization and Market Launch: the client visited our factory and selected Silk Series samples for testing. They requested a new pump design, and we delivered tailored exterior and internal solutions. The Silk Series products successfully passed testing, leading to the first major order. Continuous prototype refinement resulted in mold approval and the creation of customized samples. Despite exploring alternative materials—which extended the mold development timeline—the Silk Series achieved strong market demand, prompting a second major order.

2019 – Innovation and Expansion: customized products passed client testing, and a trial order was placed to collect market feedback. Our engineers introduced a cost-effective pump solution, enhancing client profitability and satisfaction. By mid-year, the client placed their third order, incorporating both Silk Series products and our new manual soap dispenser, marking a new phase of product expansion.
